Eine Einladung des Brandenburgischen Flüchtlingsrates (Projekt Together We Stay) in Kooperation mit der Gruppe Barnim für alle:
Workshop zum Thema: Bleiberechtsregelungen für junge Geflüchtete
Der Workshop befasst sich mit Bleiberechtsregelungen und anderen Möglichkeiten der Aufenthaltssicherung. Hier sollen u.a. das Härtefallverfahren (§23a AufenthG), Bleiberechtsregelungen nach §§25a, b AufenthG und die Voraussetzungen für eine Ausbildungsduldung (60c AufenthG) und Beschäftigungsduldung (§60d AufenthG) erläutert werden. Im Fokus stehen also insbesondere rechtliche Regelungen abseits des Asylverfahrens.
Der Workshop zielt darauf ab, Erfahrungen und Expertise zum Thema zu teilen. Fragen, Wissen und eigene Erfahrungen sollen daher aktiv mit eingebracht werden. Gemeinsam wollen wir über vorhandene Bleiberechtsperspektiven für junge Geflüchtete sprechen, Missstände diskutieren und konkrete Handlungsmöglichkeiten aufzeigen.
Alle Geflüchteten, Aktivist*innen, Berater*innen und ehrenamtliche Unterstützer*innen in Brandenburg sind herzlich eingeladen mitzumachen.

ورشة عمل حول موضوع: اللوائح الخاصة بحق الإقامة للاجئين الشباب
تتناول ورشة العمل اللوائح المتعلقة بالحق في الإقامة وخيارات أخرى لتأمين الإقامة. من بين أمور أخرى ، إجراء حالة المشقة (§23a AufenthG) ، واللوائح الخاصة بالحق في الإقامة وفقًا للفقرات §25a ، b AufenthG ومتطلبات التسامح في التدريب (60c AufenthG) والتسامح في العمل (§60d AufenthG) شرح. لذلك ينصب التركيز بشكل خاص على اللوائح القانونية التي تتجاوز إجراءات اللجوء.

An invitation from the Brandenburg Refugee Council (Together We Stay project) in cooperation with the Barnim for all:
Workshop on the topic: Regulations on the right of residence for young refugees
The workshop deals with regulations on the right to stay and other options for securing residence. Among other things, the hardship case procedure (§23a AufenthG), regulations on the right to stay in accordance with §§25a, b AufenthG and the requirements for training tolerance (60c AufenthG) and employment tolerance (§60d AufenthG) are to be explained. The focus is therefore particularly on legal regulations that go beyond the asylum procedure.
The workshop aims to share experiences and expertise on the topic. Questions, knowledge and personal experience should therefore be actively brought in. Together we want to talk about existing prospects for the right to stay for young refugees, discuss grievances and point out specific options for action.
All refugees, activists, advisors and volunteer supporters in Brandenburg are cordially invited to take part.
