Die Website und das Netzwerk BLEIBERECHT STATT ABSCHIEBUNG richtet sich an Menschen, die von Duldung und Abschiebung betroffen oder bedroht sind, an die Zivilbevölkerung in Deutschland, an Bildungseinrichtungen, an Anwält*innen, Arbeitgeber*innen, Gewerkschaften und viele mehr. Wir informieren über bereits bestehende Möglichkeiten für ein Bleiberecht und setzen uns für eine massive Ausweitung der bestehenden Regelungen ein. Wer seinen Lebensmittelpunkt in Deutschland gefunden hat, soll bleiben und sein Leben und seine Zukunft in die eigenen Hände nehmen können – ohne Angst vor Abschiebung oder einem Entzug des Aufenthaltsrechts!
Für eine solche Kursänderung wollen wir das gesellschaftlich dominierende Narrativ umkrempeln: Weg vom menschenverachtenden Abschiebediskurs hin zur Vision einer antirassistischen, weltoffenen und gemeinschaftlich gelebten Bleiberechtskultur. Das „Wir“ ist an dieser Stelle nicht das Projekt einiger weniger Initiator:innen, sondern die Idee einer wachsenden bundesweiten Vernetzungsstruktur. Daran beteiligt sind von Duldung und Abschiebung betroffene Menschen, aktive Supporter:innen und solidarisch Verbündete, die sich gegenseitig in ihren unterschiedlichen Kämpfen für umfassende Bleiberechte unterstützen und kollektiv empowern. Gemeinsam wollen wir so in der Zivilgesellschaft mehr Verständnis für und Solidarität mit Menschen, die von Duldung und Abschiebungen betroffen sind, erreichen und eine positiv besetzte Bleiberechts-Debatte anstoßen.
Wer wir sind
Seit mehr als zwei Jahren trifft sich eine Gruppe aus verschiedenen Landesflüchtlingsräten, dem Bundesfachverband unbegleitete minderjährige Flüchtlinge BumF und den Jugendlichen ohne Grenzen JoG zum Thema Bleiberecht statt Abschiebung.
Entstanden ist eine Website unter www.bleiberechtstattabschiebung.de, auf der einerseits möglichst viele mehrsprachige Informationen zu den bestehenden Bleiberechtsregelungen gebündelt werden und die andererseits als Plattform fungieren soll für die Forderungen von Menschen, die von Duldung und Abschiebung betroffen oder bedroht sind.
Mitstreitende gesucht!
Auf der Basis der Website wollen wir ein bundesweites Netzwerk zum Thema Bleiberecht statt Abschiebung aufbauen, in dem wir Forderungen entwickeln, Aktionen planen, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit machen können und vieles mehr. Eine Idee ist, einen gemeinsamen bundesweiten Tag des Bleiberechts zu planen, an dem parallel in den unterschiedlichen Bundesländern Aktionen/Veranstaltungen und ähnliches statt finden können.
Deshalb laden wir Euch herzlich ein zum Auftakttreffen des Netzwerks Bleiberecht statt Abschiebung am 24.4.2021 von 10:00 bis 13:00 auf der online Plattform Zoom.
Bitte leitet die Einladung an Gruppen weiter, bei denen ihr für wichtig haltet, dass sie dabei sind.

The website and the network BLEIBERECHT STATT ABSCHIEBUNG addresses people who are affected or threatened by ‚Duldung‘ and deportation, the civilian population in Germany, educational institutions, lawyers, employers, trade unions and many more. We inform about already existing possibilities for a right to stay and advocate for a massive expansion of the existing regulations. Those who have found their center of life in Germany should be able to stay and take their life and future into their own hands – without fear of deportation or withdrawal of the right of residence!
For such a change of course we want to turn the socially dominating narrative upside down: away from the inhuman deportation discourse towards the vision of an anti-racist, cosmopolitan and communally lived right to stay culture. The „we“ at this point is not the project of a few initiators, but the idea of a growing nationwide network structure. This includes people affected by toleration and deportation, active supporters and allies in solidarity who support and collectively empower each other in their various struggles for comprehensive rights to stay. Together we want to achieve more understanding for and solidarity with people affected by toleration and deportation in civil society and initiate a positive debate on the right to stay.
Who we are
For more than two years, a group consisting of various refugee councils, the Federal Association of Unaccompanied Minor Refugees (BumF) and the Youth Without Borders (JoG) has been meeting to discuss the issue of the right to stay instead of deportation.
The result is a website at www.bleiberechtstattabschiebung.de, which on the one hand bundles as much multilingual information as possible on the existing regulations on the right to stay and on the other hand is intended to function as a platform for the demands of people who are affected or threatened by toleration and deportation.
We are looking for collaborators!
On the basis of the website we want to build a nationwide network on the topic of the right to stay instead of deportation, in which we can develop demands, plan actions, do public relations work and much more. One idea is to plan a common nationwide day of the right to stay, on which parallel actions/events and the like can take place in the different federal states.
