Wir bieten für Geflüchtete, Berater*innen und Engagierte eine telefonische Erst- und Verweisberatung an. Wir sind jedoch keine Beratungsstelle und bieten keine Einzelfallberatung an. (Weitere Beratungsangebote vor Ort finden Sie hier.)

Consultation hours by phone

We offer initial and referral counselling by telephone for refugees, counsellors and volunteers. However, we are not a counselling centre and do not offer individual counselling. (You can find more counselling services on site here).
