Wir ermitteln mit ihnen ihre psychischen Beschwerden. Wir kl\u00e4ren sie \u00fcber den Zusammenhang von Gewalterfahrung und psychischer Traumatisierung auf.<br \/>\nWir ermitteln, was sie in ihrer Situation als besonders schutzbed\u00fcrftige Person f\u00fcr Hilfen brauchen.<br \/>\nWir unterst\u00fctzen sie bei der Wahrnehmung der Leistungen des gesundheitlichen Regelsystems.<br \/>\nWir begleiten sie bei psychosozialen Belastungen durch die aktuelle Lebenssituation (Unterkunft, Familie, Kinder).<br \/>\nWir arbeiten dabei mit Sprachmittler:innen.
