Dazu z\u00e4hlt die Bedingungen f\u00fcr ein m\u00f6glichst spannungsfreies Zusammenleben zwischen allen B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrgern weiter zu entwickeln, das Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcreinander zu f\u00f6rdern und Diskriminierung sowie Ungleichbehandlung entgegen zu wirken.<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"Text Text--left Text--w-100  margin-m\">\n<p>Sie ist in der Stabstelle des Landrates angesiedelt und ist das Bindeglied zwischen Gemeinwesen, dem Kreistag und der Verwaltung des Landkreises M\u00e4rkisch-Oderland.<\/p>\n<p>Desweiterem steht sie im regelm\u00e4\u00dfigem Austausch mit der Integrationsbeauftragten des Landes Brandenburg sowie allen anderen Integrationsbeauftragen im Land Brandenburg, wirkt in den bestehenden Netzwerken mit, wirbt F\u00f6rdermittel ein und ist Ansprechpartnerin f\u00fcr die Zugewanderten und alle haupt- und ehrenamtlichen Integrationsakteure.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"shariff shariff-align-left shariff-widget-align-left\"><ul class=\"shariff-buttons theme-default orientation-horizontal buttonsize-medium\"><li class=\"shariff-button facebook shariff-nocustomcolor\" style=\"background-color:#4273c8\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/sharer\/sharer.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.fluechtlingsrat-brandenburg.de%2Far%2Forganisationen%2Fmigrationsbeauftragte-oberhavel%2F\" title=\"Share on Facebook\" aria-label=\"Share on Facebook\" role=\"button\" rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"shariff-link\" style=\";
