Seit der Abschaffung des Asylrechts 1992 bis heute wurden die Rechte der Flüchtlinge und MigrantInnen in Deutschland konsistent und systematisch abgebaut, ein Recht nach dem anderem. Mit dem sogenannten „Zuwanderungsgesetz“ (2005) stehen Flüchtlinge und MigrantInnen immer mehr unter den permanenten Druck der Abschiebung und Kriminalisierung. Die letzte Änderungen zum Gesetz vom letzten Jahr sind so ausgelegt
worden, dass diese inakzeptable und inhumane Situation für diejenige die es geschafft haben hierher zu kommen, sich nur verschlimmert, während es faktisch unmöglich gemacht wird, dass andere sich zukünftig frei bewegen, um nach Deutschland kommen zu können.Am Donnerstag, den 31. Januar wird die Menschenrechtsanwältin Antonia von den Behrens uns einen Überblick über die neuesten Entwicklungen im Ausländerrecht geben und Fragen zu Themen wie Familienzusammenführungen, Heiratsschwierigkeiten, das

Since the practical abolishment of the right to asylum in 1992, the rights of refugees and migrants in Germany have been consistently eliminated, one after the other. At the same time, refugees and migrants are increasingly criminalized and persecuted. With the new foreigner law, passed in 2005, refugees and migrants are increasingly under the permanent threat of deportation and criminalization. Desde la abolición práctica del derecho a asilo en 1992, los derechos de los refugiados e inmigrantes en Alemania han sido eliminados de forma sistemática, uno tras otro. Al mismo tiempo, los refugiados e inmigrantes en este país están más y más confrontados con una situación de criminalización y persecución. Con la nueva ley de „inmigración“, aprobada en 2005, los refugiados e inmigrantes vivimos bajo la amenaza permanente de deportación e ilegalización. Los cambios más recientes a la ley, hechas en el 2007, hacen que esta situación injusta e inhumana se profundiza para aquellos que ya están aquí, al mismo tiempo, lo que hace prácticamente imposible que reciban el derecho a la residencia para aquellos que tengan la intenciónde venir aquí en el futuro.Aquellas personas que lo desean o lo necesitan.El jueves, 31 de enero, Antonia von den Behrens, abogada de derechos humanos, presentará un resumen de los cambios más recientes a la ley, además de contestar preguntas relacionadas con temas como la reunificación familiar, las nuevas
